"Family"

A while back I did a "Snow" book using  a Pebbles Inc. Share & Tell pad.  Everyone really seemed to like the idea of how simple it was to put together a book using these pads.  We got some new pads in at the store so I thought I'ld try another one.

I used the "Legacy" pad.  This little book goes together so quick and the only extra embellishment I added was a little ribbon.  I bound it together with the Bind It All. 

These little pads are so reasonably priced.  I think I'm going to get a couple to make up for gifts.

Basket for spring!

 

For this week's project, I made a basket.  I am so ready for spring!

    This is what the shape looks like before it was folded to a basket.

 The edges fold up and tuck into the slit.  I cut a 1 inch x 12 strip so I could have a longer handle.

   I glued flowers around the edges with a tiny circle punch to accent the middle of the flower.  I added leaves and more flowers to the top!  And viola, we have a basket for spring!  Hopefully the sun will come with it too!

New QuicKutz Release

These are some of the new shapes from QuicKutz.  There are lots of cute spring shapes in this release.  We should have these new dies on the floor in the next day or two.  There was a problem with shipping from the manufacturer so we are hoping to get these dies in Wednesday or Thursday.  If you see one you like and want to have us hold one for you - give us a call 425.670.3721

Here is a page created by Nancy Belvin made using the new Bo Bunny Abbey Road line.  Abbey Road is named after the daughter of an employee at Bo Bunny.  It is a super cute line and works great for this St. Patrick's day layout.

Back by Popular Demand

Looking for some time and space to just catch up on your projects and spend some time with friends?  Look no further - Moonlight Madness is back! Due to popular demand, we have brought back our Friday Moonlight Madnesscrops.  The first one is February 20th, 6 pm until midnight for just $15.  
 
Our customers have asked for some more "budget" crops and so we have changed our Saturday crops to "Just Croppin".  These will be 10 hour of uninterrupted, no frills crops for just $25. 

Check our calendar to see when a crop is scheduled.  Hurry and pick your dates, these crops will fill up fast!

PS. This cute cupcake graphic is going to be a pin that all class participants tonight will receive.  This pin was designed by Megan, who will be teaching the moonlight crops.  There will be a new pin every class and you will want to collect them all!  (Trust me, everything Megan does is cute)

"Clean the Stockroom" Sale

Mini-Album - "Spring"

I'm one that really enjoys the seasons.  I don't like to rush through any of them, including winter.  Having said that, this weeks book is about Spring.  I know, I know, it's a little early but I couldn't resist Imaginisce Twitterpated Line any longer!  I just want to cuddle up all those adorable little animals on that paper!!

The pages are little sleeves that hold tags which are perfect for photos and/or journaling.  The embellishments are the coordinating chipboard stickers and brads.

I don't have pictures in this one yet but when spring comes, I'll be ready!  You should be too!

Why I love Mrs. Grossman's Stickers

I think Mrs. Grossman's stickers are great.  Making a little note using Mrs. Grossman Stickers is the perfect way to brighten someone's day.  They are not too expensive, you don't need to many supplies, and they are fast and easy.  I use them to make quick little notes or Valentines.  Here is what I made today - it took me 5 minutes to make these cute cards.  In addition to Mrs. Grossman stickers, I used white cardstock, pop-dots, and Doodlebug crushed velvet flock. 

 

Mini-Album - "Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall"

If you're feeling the winter blues, here's a fun little project to pick you up!  These four little books are fridge magnets!  They're so cute and filled with pictures from each season.  This is a quick project which certainly doesn't have to be limited to seasons.

I used the Basic Grey's Urban Prairie 6 x 6 paper pack.  The smaller print in this 6 x 6 pad make them perfect for these little 3 x 3 albums.  You can cover the pages inside with paper or simply cover each page with a photo like I did.  Since these are small books, there wasn't much need for additional embellishment.  I add the words on the front, ribbon and a magnet on back.

New products are arriving

We have recieved some of our shippments from the CHA show.  We have new products in from Making Memories, Basic Grey, and Graphic 45.  Here are some pictures.  Come in and check them out in real life (it would be a great way to get rid of those it's-snowing-again blues).
