Perpetual Planner Kit - A Great Gift Idea!

 

Have you seen this darling perpetual planner we have in the store? Jodi Russell put together this amazing calendar journal using paper and stickers from the Creative Imaginations, plus her Slice machine. There is a monthly calendar for each month, plus pages for birthdays, events, or notes about the month. Use this journal to keep track of the things you want to scrapbook for each month of the year!  
 

We have everything to make this planner, including full color pictures of Jodi's calendar, in a great kit or sold separately in the Creative Cafe. This would make a fabulous gift for someone special, or for yourself!

More pretty papers for Valentines! This is the Vintage Valentine line from Fancy Pants and it is beautiful. I especially love the cut-apart card sheets--perfect for making Valentine cards!

Year-Round Calendars

Our November and December calendar kits were so popular that we put together a calendar use all year round! We've cut various chipboard shapes that you can cover with paper and add a magnet to the back. Plus we've used Flair buttons, tags, clear stones, and more to make unique magnets that can be used for all seasons. We have everything you need to make this cute calendar!

Little Yellow Bicycle Christmas Album

This Christmas album by Gail Jenkins is gorgeous! She started with the Little Yellow Bicylce chipboard and acrylic album and added LYB paper and pieces from the LYB Christmas Journaling Tablet. Easy and cute!

 

QuicKutz Crew Swap Reminder

Hello QuicKutz Crew! We saw many of you last week during our Holiday Open House, and I tried to make sure you had each signed up for the swap if you wanted to. The deadine posted on the blog was the 19th. Hopefully you contacted me if you wanted to participate! Our meeting is next Friday, December 4th. The challenge this month is to use the "negative space" of a die cut, so the part that you usually throw away! Can't wait to see what you come up with!

Christmas Planner Idea

Design Team Member Andrea Ancich just brought in the cutest Christmas planner! She used the Making Memories Great Escape travel book that we also used for our Remember December book. It has tabs that break it up into sections like Gifts and Traditions, and even has a few envelopes for storing receipts or secret lists! She used the October Afternoon Christmas line and it is adorable. If you're looking for a great Christmas planner, come in and take a look. You can copy--Andrea won't mind!

 

 
 

Christmas Card Classes Coming Up!

If you're starting to feel the rush of the holiday season, let us relieve your stress by helping you with your Christmas cards! We have one more Christmas card class this season and you don't want to miss it. Because isn't it less overwhelming when the cards are already designed for you? Join Audrey to  make 12 cute cards using Basic Grey's  "Eskimo Kisses" lines, and have extra product leftover to make more cards! Pink Slice Winner!

Last week during our big holiday open house we gave away a Pink Slice machine. Congratulations to Lisa Litchfield! It was so fun to see her reaction, and we're glad we made her husband's trip to the store worth it! Have fun with your new Slice, Lisa!

 

One Kit, Different Designers: Marilyn McDonald

These ornaments were made by Design Team member Marilyn McDonald, and they are so jolly! She used lots of mini jingle bells to make them extra festive, and she strung her centers together to make little vertical banner ornaments. So creative!

Christmas Tins

Have you seen our little lunchbox tins and the matching die cuts? You can cut any paper to fit these darling tins in our die cut center. When Making Memories was here last month, we helped cute Marianne make one using, what else, Making Memories paper!

Here's another example using the Bella Blvd. Christmas line. These boxes are perfect for storing cards, recipes, or just as a gift box!
